I'm selling an older tool made I believe by Snap-On Tools. The part number is BF 708B. It is about 10.0" long. Looking on-line it seems that this is a Snap-On tool although there are none of the usual Snap-On markings. The tool is in nice condition but is missing the cutting piece. It is well used but very sound.
