Payment must be made within five business days of auctions close. We accept most major credit cards or contact us for payment arrangements on local pick up option. Please note, due to recent Paypal scams and the lack of both buyer and seller protection using their service, we will no longer take any Paypal payments on high value items. We have conducted more than 8300 successful transactions and having done so we have earned the confidence of thousands of buyers with many more added daily.
For most items, shipping is charged at a flat rate if within the cont US, exception being some freight. We normally ship two days a week from this location, so keep that in mind. Most items are shipped quicker than you might expect and we try and do our best. Expedited delivery is an option however it must be prearranged at your expense. If it's going freight, keep in mind we estimate costs based upon most areas and unfortunately some will be higher. Be assured that we don't make our money in the shipping business. The cost of freight is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please provide your phone number for freight shipments as the carrier requires it.
We are unable to use third party billing because of insurance coverage so please don't ask. Local pickups are available for SOME items and can only be done through prearranged appointment only. Note, we reserve the right to ship verses local pickup on items that are easy to ship. No International Shipping because of the risks and extreme cost of shipping through a dependable carrier. Exceptions are made for items that are easy to ship and of $1000 value or more for international bidders assuming they are willing to pay via Bank to Bank wire transfer and assume all risk in shipping and customs.
In the case of damage, you must contact the carrier within 5 business days upon it being delivered. You must keep any and all packing materials because they may decide to inspect the item and packaging. Once you have contacted them please email us the claim information. Some carriers will require that they take procession of the item and ship it back to us or they may elect to ship it to one of their facilities. Most claims can be resolved within 30 days so please be patient in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in shipment. Sometimes it seems that they intentionally run over packages with the big brown truck or you see a size 12 hiking boot print on the label of your fragile package, we can't explain it but it happens.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Items are sold "as is" without any guarantee of any kind. We pride ourselves in listing these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts on all of them. The only exception to the no return policy is when an item is grossly misrepresented and thats only with our prior approval. Shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. No warranty is either expressed, written or implied. For those items that we sell new, if any warranty exists its between you and the manufacturer. Should you not agree with our terms, please dont bid because you will be held to them.
Please note-due to recent changes within the feedback process we will be handling feedback differently. We work hard at providing great customer service however bending over backwards for unreasonable customers is not great customer service. If you are an unreasonable, hard to get along with bottom dealing buyer we ask that you purchase from somebody else as the margins are too thin.
