METHODS OF PAYMENT
Our preferred payment method is thru Credit Cards
(VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER).
However, we also accept PayPal payments.
You can contact us through eBay’s MESSAGE BOARD. We will do
our best to answer your questions or address your concerns within 24 hours.
Messages received over the weekend or observed holidays will be answered on the
following business day.
When you file for a RETURN REQUEST, please take note of the

Upon receiving your order, we have 3-7 business day handling
time. Mybecca ships from Los Angeles, CA using three different carriers
depending on the package size and shipping address: Shipping & handling 3-7

Hawaii & Alaska, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam,
North Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, US Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Johnston
Atoll, Baker, Howland, and Jarvis Islands, Kingman Reef, Navassa Island,
Palmyra Atoll, and other US Minor Outlying Islands
For ease of shipping, products are usually sent in a box or
a compact package.

To remove creases that may have been obtained from the
packaging, please remove the item from packaging as soon as possible and let it
breath for 24-48 hours to return to original shape/size. For rugs, roll the rug
tightly and leave it for a few hours to remove any folding lines that may have
formed during transit.
