RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE: If your purchase arrives with shipping damage please contact us through ebay messages immediately. Do NOT throw out the packaging or contents. Photos of the box and contents will be required (per ebay) from you to validate the damage and claim. Please check your purchase as soon as possible after receipt of item(s) and please contact us with any issue or concern you may have immediately so we have the chance to rectify any issue. Any returned item for buyer remorse or other non-damage related reason will be subject to a 20% restock fee. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must insure the item for the actual content value. Return shipping and insurance costs are NOT subject for a refund.
DAMAGE CLAIMS: We ship all items with content insurance. If your item arrives and has in-transit shipping damage contact us immediately through ebay messages so there is a record of the initial claim. refund back to the original buyer. DO NOT send the item back to us because the carrier may want the item and will make arrangements with the buyer for pickup.
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE CLAIM SETTLEMENT WE WILL IMMEDIATELY ISSUE THE REFUND TO THE BUYER. The claim refund process can take up to 30 days depending on the carrier and the claim handling process.
SHIPPING COSTS: We enter the ready to ship weight of an item in the listing and not a dollar figure (excluding items with USPS 1st class shipping). Costs are determined by the selected carrier (not us) based on the weight, size of the carton and buyer’s location of residence. We offer FREE insurance of content value up to the 1st $100.00. Tracking information will be forwarded to you once your purchase is shipped.
COMBINED SHIPPING: If you have multiple purchases the items will be combined whenever possible to save you money on shipping expenses. Note: some items can’t be combined due to weight and size.
PLEASE WAIT for a combined invoice before sending payment. Once payment is made the transaction(s) is considered closed.
If an item is received in error or has a problem and is our fault (not the manufacturer) shipping costs will be reimbursed once we receive the item. If item received is not what the buyer wanted or purchased by mistake, shipping charges both ways are not refundable.
PAYMENT: must be received within 5 days of the end of the auction or your Buy It Now purchase If payment is not received within 5 days of the auction and/or BIN closing date, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed with ebay.
FEEDBACK: We encourage you to leave “Positive Feedback” once you have received the item. We always leave “Positive Feedback” after it is left for us. If you have a problem with what you received, please email us within 24hrs. of receipt so we can rectify the issue.
COMMUNICATION: We respond to any question(s) as soon as possible.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If a brand new item is found to a factory flaw or defect please notify us immediately. 98% of our items offered are brand new and have type of a manufacturer’s warranty. NOTE: any warranty is subject specific timelines and other parameters set forth by the manufacturer. We do NOT warranty defective items.
Any warranty issue is to be addressed by the buyer directly with the manufacturer. Any shipping costs associated with a warranty issue are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.
