Antique Victorian Brass Doorbell Button "Alden" Russell & Erwin
This gorgeous antique doorbell is cast brass and has the maker's mark on the back. Russell and Erwin were known for beautiful Victorian design, and this particular pattern was named "Alden". The oval plate is edged by a row of delicate beading and the daisy-chain of tulip buds is so finely incised. Dating to the late 19th century, the button is in excellent aesthetic and working condition, and is ready for wiring.
