I bought a Specialized Tero in April 2024. This kit came with it. I never installed it and looks like I’m never going to. It’s been in the box (removed for pictures) , on a shelf for almost 2 years. Even though it’s new and un-used, it does have some scuffs and scrapes…… maybe from moving around at, or from shipment to the bike shop. Who knows. I’ll wrap each piece better when I ship it. What you see in the pictures is what I got from the shop and is what you will receive. Front and rear fenders, rack, light, hardware. I’m would think everything is there, but can’t say for sure as I didn’t see a parts list. I didn’t remove or use anything. Check all pictures for contents of sale. Look closely at all pictures. It is possible that I may have missed something.

Buyer pays shipping, which is calculated by eBay according to weight and destination.
