Auto Traverse for Guitar Pickup Winder - MADE IN USA!
This is an auto-traverse for a pickup winder. It has three knobs, two to set the spread of the wire feed, turn the left knob to the left (counter-clockwise) to make the wire go to the left and turn the right knob to the right (clockwise) to get more spread to the right. The middle knob is turned clockwise to get more speed as it moves the rack back and forth. The gear is adjustable up and down to change the position of the gear rack and to set the position of the gear on the rack. Feed the wire through the wire hole and then through the felt pads (and tighten to preference) and then feed the wire through the nozzle on the rack to the bobbin. The Wire Guide can be moved left and right by adjusting the screws and sliding it on the track.
