1. Take a plastic card and sqeeguee the overlay layer down. Just to be sure. 2. Pull overlay layer back slowly and decal will cling to it. 3. Place decal where you want car, windows, wall, laptop, etc 4. Sqeeguee decal down with the card once again. Apply moderate pressure. 5. Slowly pull back overlay from a corner. YOU DID IT!
