Overall the sockets range in condition, but most are pretty heavily used. All the MAC sockets have owner engravings, the Snap On ones do not. Otherwise, the chrome finish shows more normal scuffs, scratches and signs of wear. The 1/2" is probably the worst shape with some pitting and surface rust. 

 All of the drive openings show signs of use and wear, most are in heavily used condition. Note that there is are cracks on the 7/8" & 13/16" (see last picture.) It looks like they were used in an impact gun so many of the corners on the 1/2" drive are rounded and many of the edges on the 8-pt drive are flattened down. The smaller ones seem to have the most wear, the 1/2" probably being the worst again.

Other than the ones that are cracked, all should be usable for most applications.

The tray is dirty, missing some paint and the lip for hanging have some waves and bends to it.
