Obviously, the turn signals are not original, as is the exhaust pipes, the chrome wheel rims, and the chain guard, The rest of this bike is original to the best of my knowledge. The gas tank, front and rear fenders, frame, engine, oil tank, front and rear drum hubs, seat w/passenger backrest, handlebars, grips, speedometer and tachometer gauges and chrome housing, headlight, front forks, etc.,are all original. Some of the stock parts have been chromed and the chrome is in great condition. 

   I flushed the gas tank and put fresh premium gas in it, then cleaned the spark plugs and cables, then sprayed carb cleaner in the carb, changed the oil and added Harley 50W oil. and hit the starter button while choking the carb and it started right up. I thought that it was a great sign that this Sportster has a strong motor, since this bike has sat in storage for 5 years as the original owner passed away.

   I have the title which the owner's widow had it put in her name. I also have the original headlight nacelle or bezel that goes with it. I also have a lot of extras such as another stock seat w/backrest, another XLH gas tank w/gas cap, fork legs, and a front wheel and drum hub that I will sell at an additional price.

P.S. The heading says it's a 1960 Sportster, because they didn't have 1968 available. It is a 1968 Harley Sportster XLH.
