Overall in very good used vintage condition. There are some scuffs, scratches and imperfections in the chrome finish from age. Including some patina and discoloration on the drive ends and rivets.
Little to no signs of use on inside of box ends. All ratchet by hand without and mechanical issues noted.
The storage tray is starting to show age and plastic is become brittle. There is some cracking in a few different areas. There is some missing pieces of plastic along the edges.
