These are used and show use and normal toolbox wear. There is some dirt/grease in them and a few of them have some rust in the ends of them from taking off rusty nuts and bolts. But everything will function as it should. This is a very nice set. There is a guy on here selling this exact set new (not underlined logo for $469 and he has sold multiple of them. Everything here is USA made snap on. But I did notice that 4 of the sockets do not have the underlined logo. You can see that in the pictures. The little rack that they are sitting in is really dirty and could use cleaned up. It is missing a piece on the one corner has seen in the photos but still serves its purpose. This is an excellent deal at this price and will function exactly how the $469 set will.
