It is easy to replace the worn shock eyelet bushings in your Polaris Xplorer ATV instead of replacing your shocks. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED MECHANIC TO DO THIS...INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED AND ARE EASY TO FOLLOW!  These bushings fit the rear shocks' upper and lower eyelets in many rear Polaris ATV models from 1999 to 2002 Polaris Xplorer 400 including these Polaris shock part numbers: 7041775 & 7041961. Look for your specific Polaris ATV model in the pictures included.  This set includes 2 bushings (upper & lower shock eyelets).  If you have two rear shocks, you will need to go to my other listing which covers more dual shock models and contains two sets of bushings.  I put this set together primarily for the Polaris Xplorer which has a rear single or mono-shock.  If your ATV model is not listed, just email me and I can determine if these bushings will work.  Where I am able, I am happy to put a custom kit together for you.

These bushings work great and are totally made in the USA of a Super-Tough engineered polymer which is designed specifically for bushing applications in abusive environments. Use your existing bolt & nut. Replace your bushings before you damage your shock eyelet, bolts or mounting brackets and improve the ride by reducing slack/play in your suspension.  You won't find a more cost effective, hassle free solution to avoid bigger problems later.  If you are looking for a better solution to fix your ATV instead of buying new shocks at $100 to $150 per shock, install these. I will warranty these bushings for 180 days (6 months) from date of purchase. Just send me the bushings and your purchase receipt for a replacement bushing kit.
