Handmade locally in small town USA by a local woman, not sure if knotted or crocheted.. not an expert in those techniques, never used or worn, just handmade. Blue Green color, has a little tuck spot for end to tighten, smaller size, total length is about 32 inches, could go around neck or head and ears, old fashioned design.
