Used 150 spinner , repaired inner worn holes with .025 washer type doublers 2024T3 at outer screw holes using flushed rivets , repair outer holes 2 places with small doublers with flush rivets , note ! One lower hole will need to be back drilled with lower bulkhead attached to be sure it matches . Scotch blighted and sprayed with acid etch primer. Note this spinner for this series aircraft in fab from softer aluminum therefore more accelerated wear , recommend using Teflon 3/4 tape as anti chafe agent at both bulkheads . AS also sells a special washer that better contours the curve. Repaired by ap/ia
