I will ALWAYS make a mistake of mine right.  However, other people's mistakes...I cannot/will not take responsibility for.
Whether it's buyer's remorse, your dog ate it, the post office took too long (i.e. rural deliveries), the weather, the pope died...whatever.

I do make exceptions, but be aware I will not be responsive to name-calling or accusations.

I do the best i can do on my end around my varying work schedule (pack well, ship securely asap, inform of anything, etc.)

The time in between i can't help, but on your end - please do the same.  "Kindness begets kindness."  
Some need to read up.  Ignorance is no excuse. Though it may be bliss for some...it's not for me.
