Six zippered outside pockets and two inside pockets provide plenty of compartments for knives, pens, measuring tapes, etc. The elastic adjustable shoulder straps allow a custom fit. Velcro side adjustments provide a few extra inches after that big lunch or a snugger fit for when the harvest hasn’t been as bounteous. The quilted liner protects from the heat and cold. At 4.5 pounds, they’re lightweight, yet sturdy, enough for most any conditions- rain, snow, and wind.

Heck, since they're made of 100% Aramid flame resistant Nomex, they'd even be excellent in the kitchen or out by the grill.
