These do have a handful of things I would mention. They had some paint on them and have seen water as you can see light rust at the joints and inner socket well. And all have varying degrees of discoloration to the chrome. 

I will say in a lower light or non close up picture they look pretty good the non discolored chrome is quite nice. I don't observe owners marks. The joints are all tight but move all 4 directions the 6 points don't look rounded or heavily used. And they are really a good working set. Though they aren't new as I mentioned the surface imperfections I can see. But no cracks or usability issues.
