This is a classic piece of Mid-Century Western Americana: a Hubley "Trooper" diecast cap gun paired with a highly decorative studded leather holster.

The Hubley "Trooper" was a staple of 1950s backyard adventures. While the pistol itself has seen better days—showing heavy pitting and a non-functional mechanism—it remains an authentic "Made in USA" relic with clear Hubley and Trooper branding.

The standout of this set is the Western-style leather holster. It features heavy silver-tone metal studs, a center cinch buckle, and tiered leather fringe. It also includes the original ivory-colored plastic cap roll holders on the belt loop, which are frequently missing or cracked on sets of this age. This holster is in remarkably well-preserved condition and would be a perfect upgrade for a collector with a mint-condition "Trooper" pistol.
