Here is a beautiful pink tiered tank dress or tunic with vines & cabbage rosé’s appliqués. I have added 2 ruffles to the bottom hem and a cute rhinestone brooch with messy shabby chic fringe. This dress is also lined. The brooch can be removed to launder the tunic. When I finished the design I laundered the dress in a garment bag on delicate cycle. Then kept the tunic inside the garment bag and tumbled dry. It turned out perfect! The distressed edges and pretty lace make this top a statement piece.
