Terms of initial shipping:
After a successful completed purchase item or items will be shipped same-day if purchased and paid for before 3:00pm (PST) Monday-Friday unless otherwise noted. We do not ship on Weekends or Major recognized Federal Holidays.
If special specific shipping deadlines are needed please message prior to purchase to check if any customer accommodations can be made.
Holiday and Peak shipping quarters: We will extend Saturday as a designated shipping day during those months unless otherwise noted.
Tracking information will be uploaded and sent for your record.
All items purchased are monitored for successful delivery on a daily basis.
Signature will be required on purchases over 750.00 USD Per ebay Policy.
Please make sure the address we are shipping to is correct prior to purchase as we cannot change or alter after purchase to keep ebay seller / buyer guarantee in full effect.
USPS will Be utilized for packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, Puerto Rico, and all other US territories. Please note this service may incur shipping delays.
Terms of return:
We offer a 30-day return program from date of delivery of NEW-UNUSED items only.
In the event an item does not meet your expectations please contact us via ebay messages within 30 days of delivery.
Per ebay Policy:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to securely ship the item back in the same secure fashion it was received for return transit to prevent damage to item even if a label is provided by ebay using our RMA system. All Returns poorly packaged for return transit will be declined resulting in ebay being notified.
State of return:
Item must be NEW in package and sealed if applicable.
All electronic devices and items that have serial numbers are documented and must match our records if returned and must show no signs of USE or TAMPERING matching our shipping day photos.
All returned items are subject *if needed* to a processing fee when returned used or not of no less than 15%. Higher *if necessary*, of no more than 50% of the original sale price to cover materials used, inspection and cleaning of item if **applicable** to re-list.
Process of refund:
Funds will be made available to the original form of payment used on transaction after audit of returned item. Please allow up to 72 Hours after return delivery.
