If your order ships by PARCEL SELECT or MEDIA MAIL it may take longer to arrive than the estimated days shown by eBay. Buyers in the Midwest or on the West Coast please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping option.

Health/Medical Related Items: CANNOT Be Returned Once They Are Opened and/or USED. Clothing Items: CANNOT Be Returned Once They Are USED or Tags are Removed. Fabric Items: CANNOT Be Returned Once They Are USED or Tags are Removed. (EXAMPLES: blankets, towels, sheets, curtains etc.)
Items listed "AS IS" are Not returnable or refundable under any circumstance. UNLESS, you receive the item damaged. If item is damaged when received, the buyer has 14 days to return the damaged item for a full refund. In which for the return of a damaged item the BUYER will pay full return shipping cost BUT, the BUYER will receive a JE-ESSENTIALS in-Store GIFT card for the amount of the return shipping cost to compensate the BUYER for the return shipping cost. In this case we want our BUYER'S to be satisfied and fully compensated for our mistake. (NOTE TO BUYER): Before returning an AS-IS damaged item received. Please email JE-ESSENTIALS so we can arrange an in-store GIFT card for you the BUYER and have a chance to resolve any further issues and/or concerns you as the BUYER might have.
ALL OTHER ITEMS not specified Above For reasons of: (damaged on arrival, doesn't work or stops working, brakes), within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us first before returning the item/s, so that we may determine (at our sole discretion) if the item/s in question will need to be shipped back to us or not. If Item/s need to be shipped back in order for you to receive a full refund, shipping will be (at buyer's expense). Once we receive the item/s we will then issue you a refund based on ALL or PART of item/s being returned. IF we determine that the item/s doesn't need to be returned back to us, you will still receive a full refund as well. Resolving the issue on our end for the satisfaction of YOU our customer is our highest priority. In order for us to do so, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with any problems or concerns. You have 30 days to return an item in its Original Unused Condition for a refund. Your item must be returned in its Original Condition with any TAG(s) Attached. It must also be in its Original Packaging and include all accessories...(examples: cords, cables, manuals, batteries etc...).
