HOW TO ADD FREE PERSONALIZED RIBBON:

Simply pick a color of neck-ribbon bow (Red, Pink or Rainbow Color) and tell us what text you want imprinted on the neck-ribbon bow (6 words max). The personalized ribbon will be on your stuffed animal when you receive it, and can be removed without damaging the stuffed animal. 

Email us IMMEDIATELY after making payment, to tell us the ribbon COLOR and the ribbon TEXT. If you do not email us quickly right after payment, then item will be shipped with NO personalized neck-ribbon bow.

We offer FREE shipping from New Jersey on all orders! Tracking number always sent.

Your order will be shipped from New Jersey within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive a tracking number soon after we ship, so that you can track the shipment to your door.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
