Items will be shipped within 1 business day of completed payment. We do not ship on postal (Federal) holidays or weekends. Tracking information will be added to your order history as soon as the order is processed for shipment. For our buyer's protection, we are only able to ship to the confirmed address used when an order is placed. We ship using all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and will choose the carrier best suited for your address and delivery estimate at the time of your order, we will ship to any valid US address including PO Boxes. Please note: we may use signature confirmation when necessary to ensure safe delivery.We ship every day Monday - Friday.
Free returns! If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, simply let us know and we will cover the return shipping! Clothing items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be received back in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
We understand that accidental orders happen. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, however in some circumstances we may not be able to cancel the order before it is shipped. If we are unable to cancel an accidental order at the time requested, we will provide options for returning the item and receiving a refund.
