At 2.0 pounds, the Wood-Craft “Pack Axe” is made using 5160 steel, heat treated on both ends for superior strength, and this model has a 24” Premium Curved Hickory Handle (handle length is before hanging and assembly) and includes a high quality welted leather Mask to protect your Pack Axe from the elements and you from your extremely sharp Pack Axe.

This Filson x Council Tools Pack Axe is in excellent condition. There are a few marks on the leather sheath from use (see photos). The blade of the axe is still moderately sharp and has no play on the handle, as it was only used to cut a handful of pieces of wood. The handle doesn't have many noticeable scuff marks, as the axe has only been very lightly used. Please refer to the photos for the overall appearance/condition of the axe.
