This Snap-on new logo TMXK4 1/4" drive 4" long knurled extension is in good working condition. The friction ball works well. I put some oil on it and depressed it so the oil would get behind the ball and lubricate the spring. It has an owner's engraving, seen in the 6th, 7th, and 8th pictures.
