Don't know much about this peice right here. Seems to be seized but don't quote me on it. I just don't the functionality of it. If you are a mechanic you might have acces to getting a new one on the snap on truck since snap on has a lifetime warranty. I had it in my shop as decor but someone that knows about this tool be be on to something. I seen on similar to it used for $900 dollars. The light bulb us broken!
