Westland Pawn is generally available to reply to messages during our normal business hours Monday through Saturday from 9:00am – 7:00pm Eastern. If you send a message or question outside of normal business hours we will reply as soon as we're back at work and able.

Free Shipping is standard and transit time is 3 to 14 business days. Some products have the option of Two and One day shipping for an extra fee, handling time is 1 day for orders placed before 5:00 PM EST. Please take into account weekends and holidays when placing the order

If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us; we give priority to our costumers questions. If the item you received is not working, as it should please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, we will process the return to exchange for a new one. If for some reason you made a mistake on your purchase, we can accept a return if the item is still on its original packaging, and unused, but buyers will pay for return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
