The designer Ann Namba uses silk in her designs. I am not sure if the whole skirt is silk. I think that the top two blocks are silk and part of the original skirt. The material content tag is missing.
The owner of this upcycled skirt purchased it in Hawaii.
It features some fringe and green leaf appliqué with red trim and pink chiffon ruffled hem. Very colorful skirt.
