This 1913 Hedstrom Indian "Big Twin" motorcycle is an absolute time capsule! It is rare today to find an early Indian like this still wearing so many of its original parts and pieces. 

As far as I can tell, the only piece on this bike that doesn't appear original is the fuel tank. It looks like it was handmade many decades ago when the bike was repainted. Aside from that, this motorcycle appears very original. Check out all the beautiful original nickel plating on this machine!

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the clutch to engage to kick over the engine, but the countershaft and rear wheel assembly spin properly! So it doesn't appear anything is stuck.
