NO TITLE with this frame, they made me select one. This is a really clean 1930s VL or VLH Flathead frame. No modifications or tabs cut off. It is genuine Harley Davidson Frame. The diameter for the stem in 1 1/8 inches and the diameter inside the races are 2 1/4 inches.
