1961 Harley-Davidson Panhead – Original Survivor – Unrestored

1961 Harley Panhead survivor. Original, unrestored bike just as found. Not cleaned up, not painted, not messed with. Real age, real wear, real patina.

This is not a restored bike and not pretending to be one. Shows surface rust, faded paint, and honest use from decades of sitting and riding. Appears largely complete with original-style tins, bags, exhaust, and hardware still on it. Nothing shiny, nothing hidden.

Perfect candidate for someone who wants an original survivor, a preservation build, or a correct restoration starting point. These bikes are only original once.

This old pan has great compression and brakes work! I would think it could be running in an afternoon with some tuning up! Assume it will need full servicing before riding. Selling as-is, where-is. Look closely at the photos—they are part of the description.
