This is a Generation 4 SL6 fork, from around 2023. I own a generation 3 Domane, and though Trek said "it may fit my generation 3 SL Domane", they recommended buying a fork from the same generation as my frame.

So to be clear, it is for a Generation 4 Domane SL6 fork.
