J Chein Toy Watering Can Tin Lithograph Made in USA
1950s toy watering can with a lithograph of a girl in ringlet curls, hat and apron picking flowers in the garden. 'J. Chein, Made in USA' logo within a shield appears on the body. There are no dents. There is a scuff on the girl on each side, visible in the photos. There is a drip of something transparent on one side to the back of the girl when the spout is pointing right. There is no rust. The handle has a bit of chipped paint as does the perimeter of the rosette. There is paint worn off the top and bottom perimeters. The interior is clean. Over-all, the damage is minor.
From spout tip to furthest side of handle it is 10 1/4". From table top to tip of handle it is about 7". The vessel it self is oblong and is 4 1/2" at the widest point, 3" across and 5" from table top to rim tip.
