This Four was last registered in 1991, maintained in a private collection and sold at auction with no idea when last run. 

That was early 2023. On display at my home, not until late 2024 did I think to start the Four. What I found was both gas petcocks were plugged and the Magneto Cap was cracked, one screw mounting hole epoxied over and rotor contact inside had eroded. 

A replacement magneto cap and rotor were bought and installed. Petcocks were removed, cleaned and reinstalled. An M18 Carb was removed and a 1941 era M441 carb is installed. 

Aware that a Schebler DLX card was original to 1940, scarce meant the next best thing was a 1941 M441 Linkert. 

Sidecar hardware was bought and a windshield and cover for the tub were made in 2024. 

A Defender bumper was added to the bike rear fender, also in 2024

Fast forward to 5/16/2025. 

A new battery (AGM Garage door type) was bought while waiting on a NEW wet cell battery (JGE) and case to arrive. It is used to test power. 

A Fuse Block was created with (2) 20 amp glass fuses for tail light wires & power from Lead Battery wire 5-13-25.

As of 5/15/25 Ignition switch is functional as are headlight, Spot lights, front Fender Accessory light, Horn, Brake & tail lights to both rear fender "and" sidecar fender.
