These puzzles have been assembled, disassembled and reboxed. They are in near pristine condition with the exception of the box's seal having been broken. HOWEVER... we have three of these puzzles, all different designs. We counted each piece in each puzzle multiple times to ensure that they were complete. One has the stated number of pieces, while one has one piece too many and one has one piece fewer. Because I know that the puzzles were complete, and because of the one puzzle having one piece too many (an no, it's not that one of those pieces belongs in the box with a missing piece) I contacted the manufacturer. They told me that, with these puzzles being from their older line, that it was entirely possible for the count to be off by one either way. They assured me that, if a piece WAS missing, that they would happily replace that piece it for free. I know that these are complete, but I feel I need to be transparent in this so that there are no issues later.
