If you choose to return an opened item, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee, as the item can no longer be sold at full price. If the item has been used or installed, the refund will be the purchase price minus shipping and a 50% restocking fee, due to its altered condition.

We use the least expensive form of shipping and recycled materials. We utilize this option so we can invest more money in securing the package. Your item will typically arrive via USPS First Class, Ground, or Priority. Sometimes FedEx or UPS. If you prefer a specific shipping method, please let us know and we will attempt to accommodate your request or increase price to satisfy your needs.
