Anza has been making knives by hand in California since 1980.  Blades are made from high carbon steel files that have been annealed, cold ground, polished re-hardened and tempered using their tried-and-true methods.  Each knife is unique, and all done by hand.  Anza is a favorite among outfitters, hunters, outdoorsmen and collectors.
