This collectible pull toy was made in the 1980's in Oakland, CA in a vintage style. It is numbered 27/150 and signed. The paper is appliqued to the wood in the style of classic wooden pull toys of yesteryear, when pulled the buildings teeter and clack as if in an earthquake. It is adorable. One buildings paper is slightly bubbled but not torn in any way. It is a really nice conversation piece for any adult or older child interested in collecting wooden toys, earthquakes, California, etc.
