As a 37 year business owner, please understand there is no such thing as "free" shipping.  What people do is up the price of what you are buying to include the "free" shipping cost.  I prefer for people to pay what the item actually costs to ship plus a $2.50 fee.  Shipped in plastic mailer to save on box shipping.

Unless you are doing local pickup, please pay attention to the USPS ground advantage rate vs UPS ground for heavy items.  USPS raised prices in January as well as going by package size so they tend to be more expensive for heavy items by almost $20.
