The Eclipser Glasses are made in the USA by American Paper Optics, and are recognized as ISO-compliant by the American Astronomical Society.  American Paper Optics is on the list of North American Manufacturers listed by the American Astronomical Society.  They meet the requirements of ISO 12312-2 filters for direct observation of the sun.

AS per the manufacturer, they have a 2 mil scratch resistant polymer (black/silver) lenses that filter out 100% of harmful ultra-violet and infrared rays and 99.999% of intense visible light. These premium eclipse filters create the sharpest solar images with a natural orange color. With an optical density of 5 or greater, these glasses are ISO 12312-2 compliant, are CE certified, independently lab tested, and are safe for all phases of the eclipse.

Instructions for safe and proper use are printed on the back side of each pair of glasses. They will be shipped in a cardboard mailer.
