I am offering a Piper Cub DEA required "Aircraft Identification Data Plate".   This plate measures nearly 3 inches long by 2 inches wide. It is Acid Etched on stainless offering a relief, with raised lettering and highlights and long-lasting life.  Classic in look and styling, this plate offers just the minimal required information stipulated by FARs.   This is the plate the FAA and the US Drug Enforcement Agency mandated back in the mid 1980's that duplicates some of an aircraft data plate information.  This is called out in 14 CFR 45.11(d) which states in pertinent parts:   "The (1) model designation and (2) and builder's serial number must be located either adjacent to and aft of the rear-most entrance door or on the fuselage near the tail surfaces.  The model designation and builder's serial number must be displayed in such a manner that they are not likely to be defaced or removed during normal service."
